In today’s multi-generational workplace, effective leadership requires more than empathy or authority alone—it demands gentillegence, the ability to balance strength with kindness. Grounded in research, this session explores how leaders can navigate generational differences without defaulting to stereotypes or tension. Participants will learn practical strategies to foster respect, drive performance, and build trust across age-diverse teams. Through real-world examples and reflection, attendees will leave with tools to lead with both clarity and compassion.

Participants will learn how to:
