Description

Most AI conversations leave businesses nodding along and walking out with nothing to show for it. This session is different. AI in Action is a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up workshop where you won't just hear about what's possible, you'll actually do it. Through real SMB use cases pulled from businesses like yours, you'll see exactly how owners and their teams are using AI today to save time, reduce chaos, and get more done without hiring more people. You'll leave with a personalized action plan and at least one tool you've already put to work before you walk out the door.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Identify at least three AI use cases directly applicable to your business role, owner, manager, or team member and rank them by immediate impact.
  • Apply a real AI tool to a live business task during the session, so your first use happens here, not "someday".
  • Build a one-page AI Action Plan that maps your top priority, the tool to use, and the first step to take this week.
  • Recognize the difference between AI that saves time and AI that creates risk, so you adopt confidently, not recklessly.

The Clermont Classroom: Business Education Series is a multi-session professional development program created by the Clermont Chamber of Commerce to equip business owners, leaders, and team members with the knowledge and tools needed to grow strong, successful organizations.

Each 90-minute class focuses on a critical area of business success—such as leadership, communication, HR, sales, marketing, finance, and emerging technologies like AI. Sessions are led by experienced professionals and designed to deliver practical, immediately applicable strategies.

Participants may register for individual classes or enroll in the full 8-class series for a comprehensive learning experience that supports personal growth, team development, and long-term business success.
