2026 Ribbon Cutting: Maddox Industrial Transformer Main Street Campus

Monday, May 18, 2026 (3:30 PM - 4:30 PM) (EDT)

Description

Join the Clermont Chamber of Commerce and Maddox Industrial Transformer as we celebrate the official ribbon cutting and opening of Maddox’s new Main Street Campus in downtown Batavia.

This exciting milestone marks the transformation of a historic former fire station—along with two adjacent renovated buildings—into a vibrant three-building office campus in the heart of the village. Located along East Main Street between 3rd and 4th Streets, the campus blends preserved historic character with modern workspace, including the iconic fire station at 377 East Main Street.

Maddox Industrial Transformer, a national leader in new and remanufactured electrical transformers, has been part of the Batavia community since 2019 and continues to expand its local investment. The new 19,000-square-foot campus will house up to 97 team members and bring increased daily activity, energy, and economic momentum to downtown Batavia—while allowing the company to continue growing its operations across Clermont County.

As part of its commitment to the community, Maddox will also present a $10,000 donation to the Village of Batavia for the July 2, 2026 America 250 Celebration, with a formal check presentation to the Mayor during the event.

Celebrate with us as we welcome Maddox Industrial Transformer’s continued growth and investment in downtown Batavia’s future.
