A Matter of Balance Workshop Series 

FirstLight Home Care in Loveland in conjunction with Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio presents the evidenced-based and award-winning Matter of Balance workshop series FREE of charge.

A Matter of Balance is designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase the activity levels of older adults who have concerns about falling.
