Registration Requirements: Preregistration required. Limit is ten event tickets per person. This event is expected to sell out.
Intended Audience: This program is designed exclusively for adults ages 21 and older. All guests must present a valid ID upon entry.
Program Description: Nature comes alive in the nighttime! This beloved summer event features local beer tastings, food bites from area restaurants and caterers, interactive activities, food trucks, live music, and so much more.
Highlights of Hoots & Hops:   
- Guests will receive 4 beer/wine-tasting tickets and 4 food bite tickets, as well as a 5-oz. commemorative Hoots & Hopstasting mug.
- Note: Additional beer/wine-tasting tickets, as well as full-size pour beer/wine tickets and a foraged cocktail, are available for purchase.
- Cash and credit cards will both be accepted for purchases.
- Sip on a selection of fifteen unique beers from five different Cincinnati craft breweries.
- 2026 featured breweries are: Esoteric Brewing Co., Northern Row Brewery & Distillery, MadTree Brewing, Mellotone Beer Project, and Streetside Brewery.
- Feast on complimentary food bites that highlight Cincinnati’s vibrant local food scene or purchase a meal from a local food truck.
- Live music on the Krippendorf Terrace from Vudu Childe from 6:30–9:30 pm.
- Stroll the Nature Center trails and engage in interactive activities that highlight the wild side of nature!
- Get up close and personal with local birds of prey from our partners at RAPTOR, Inc., as well as several of Cincinnati Nature Center’s own resident wildlife ambassadors. Raptor, Inc. will be located in the Cabin Field from 6:00–9:00 pm.
- Free airbrush tattoos at the Krippendorf Lodge from 6:00–9:00 pm.
What to Expect: To enjoy free alcohol samples or to purchase alcohol, you must be 21+ and present your valid ID at registration to receive an alcohol wristband.
- This program is entirely outdoors and runs rain or shine.
- Restrooms are available throughout the program.
- Pets are not permitted at any Cincinnati Nature Center program or event.

Where to Meet: Registered participants will meet at the Krippendorf Lodge at our Rowe Woods location. (4949 Tealtown Road, Milford, OH 45150)
Cost: Tickets are nonrefundable. Program fees include daily admission. This event is a fundraiser for Cincinnati Nature Center, and all revenue earned goes towards our mission of Inspiring Conservation.
