Service Project at Give Like A Mother

Girl Scouts of Western Ohio is organizing a community service project at "Give Like A Mother" for as part of DO Days, a three-day initiative founded by Rotary Club of Cincinnati. 

Do Days mobilizes hundreds of volunteers to serve more than 30 nonprofits throughout Greater Cincinnati. Looking for a meaningful way to support youth in Clermont County? Give Like a Mother provides gently used clothing to local youth. 

The goal? To help kids and teens feel confident in school and their everyday lives. Students receive five weather-appropriate outfits and can reapply each season to ensure their wardrobes stay in tune with the weather.

Volunteers will help assess the condition of clothing donations and sort by gender and size. Any clothing with holes, tears, etc. are repurposed by one of Give Like a Mother's partners -- ensuring no donation goes to a landfill.
