2025 Investor Circle: Chilo Lock 34 100th Anniversary and Liberty Landing Updates

Join us for an exclusive event celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Chilo Lock and Dam 34 installation and 20-year anniversary of the renovation and reopening of the River Museum. The River Museum is the original operations building of the lock and dam and is traditionally closed to the public Sunday - Friday. Tours will be provided by Josh Torbeck, Executive Director of the Clermont Park District and his team. 

In 2024, Governor Mike DeWine announced a $152 million Appalachian Waterfront Development grant that impacted 12 counties. New Richmond received nearly $13.5 million for the Liberty Landing redevelopment. During this event, there will be never before heard updates on the Liberty Landing redevelopment and current infrastructure updates occurring in New Richmond provided by Kathryn Bailey, Administrator of the Village of New Richmond.
