On Our Way Home, one of only 12 new Peer Run Organizations in Ohio supported by the OhioMHAS FY25 Expansion Grant, has achieved accreditation as a Community Behavioral Health Provider to provide peer recovery services. This exciting milestone marks a significant step forward in providing vital support services to individuals and families impacted by mental health and/or substance use disorders.

Meet the dedicated staff of On Our Way Home and discover the many ways they assist those in need and their loved ones. Learn about their mission to promote public awareness and education, personal empowerment, and peer-based recovery support services in rural Southwest Ohio. Their vision is to enrich communities by empowering those in recovery to improve family relationships and foster a sense of purpose and community involvement, centered around stable housing.
