Description

Enhance your workplace safety and compliance with the Clermont County Safety Council, a key monthly event hosted by the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation.

Held on the second Wednesday of each month at 8:30 am, this series offers a valuable platform for learning, networking, and discussing critical safety topics relevant to today’s work environments.

January Meeting

Join us for a crucial session with Matt Messersmith, President of Signet Screening, and gain the expertise needed to safeguard your organization.

Recognizing the critical need for timely and accurate data, Matt established Signet Screening in 2011 to help HR professionals dramatically improve hiring effectiveness through comprehensive pre-employment screening. His commitment to service, pinpoint accuracy, and urgency makes him an expert partner in building a reliable safety foundation for your company.

What You Will Learn:

This essential presentation will focus on how robust Background Checks and compliant Drug Screening serve as your organization's critical first line of defense against costly negligent hiring claims and preventable workplace incidents.

This session will explore:

• Best practices for effective screening

• Post-accident and random drug testing procedures

• How to ensure your policies reduce legal risk while maximizing workplace safety

Whether you oversee HR, operations, or organizational compliance, this is a must-attend presentation for anyone committed to creating a safer and more reliable workforce.

Don't miss this opportunity to ensure your hiring process is both compliant and protective.
