The Clermont Chamber of Commerce proudly presents the 2026 Clermont Manufacturing Summit, bringing together industry leaders, workforce professionals, and technology innovators to explore the future of manufacturing in our region.

As the industry faces unprecedented challenges — including workforce shortages, technology adoption, operational modernization, and shifting supply chains — manufacturers must evolve to compete, grow, and sustain success. This year’s summit theme, “Manufacturing Forward: Building the Workforce & Technology of Tomorrow,” will focus on the real-world strategies manufacturers are using to attract talent, upskill teams, leverage emerging technologies, and lead their organizations into the next era of production.

Attendees will gain valuable insights from a dynamic keynote speaker and a four-member leadership panel. Through practical discussions and shared experiences, participants will walk away with actionable ideas they can apply immediately within their facilities.
