Description
The Volunteer Connection Summit is a collaborative initiative of UC Clermont College, Mercy Health, and the Clermont Chamber of Commerce Foundation, bringing together nonprofit organizations, students, and community members for a day dedicated to service, connection, and community impact. Hosted at UC Clermont, this interactive event will feature 50+ volunteer opportunities and give attendees the chance to explore ways to get involved through volunteer service, internships, and nonprofit board leadership.
Whether you’re looking to give back, build your resume, or connect with local organizations doing important work, the summit provides a welcoming space to discover meaningful opportunities and strengthen our community—one act of service at a time.
Event Timeline

- 9:00 AM – Event Set-Up (Nonprofit organizations arrive and prepare tables)
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM– High School & College Student Engagement
- Students explore nonprofit tables and volunteer opportunities
- 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM – Lunch Break for Nonprofit Organizations
- 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM– Community & Industry Professional Engagement
- Open networking with nonprofit organizations and volunteer opportunities
This schedule allows students, professionals, and community members to connect with nonprofits and discover ways to serve through volunteering, internships, and nonprofit leadership opportunities.
