Leadership is not a destination you arrive at — it's a practice you return to, again and again. This session is designed for leaders who want to move beyond instinct and lead with greater intention: understanding how you communicate, how you manage your emotions when it counts, and how to set a direction your team can actually follow. Whether you're early in your leadership journey or well into it, you'll leave with a clearer picture of who you are as a leader and at least one concrete thing to do differently starting Monday. 

Participants will learn how to:

• Identify their dominant leadership style and articulate how it shows up in high-stakes or high-pressure moments.
• Recognize patterns in their communication — including what they over-explain, avoid, or assume — and adjust for greater clarity and influence.
• Apply a practical framework for emotional self-regulation that helps them lead steadily when the pressure is on.

Craft or refine a short-form team vision that connects day-to-day work to a larger purpose their people can actually see.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS EDUCATION SERIES
The Clermont Classroom: Business Education Series is a multi-session professional development program created by the Clermont Chamber of Commerce to equip business owners, leaders, and team members with the knowledge and tools needed to grow strong, successful organizations.

Each 90-minute class focuses on a critical area of business success—such as leadership, communication, HR, sales, marketing, finance, and emerging technologies like AI. Sessions are led by experienced professionals and designed to deliver practical, immediately applicable strategies.

Participants may register for individual classes or enroll in the full 8-class series for a comprehensive learning experience that supports personal growth, team development, and long-term business success.
