Office Administrator
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Fun work environment looking for a creative mind that can manage multiple projects and doesn't mind to fill in other departments as needed. Excellent customer service skills, multi-tasking and attention to detail are key!
Responsibilities:
- Answer Phone
- Assist walk in customers
- Monitor and respond to email
- Order Inventory
- Order office supplies
- Project Management
- Other related duties as may be required from time to time.
Outcomes:
- Office is clean and organized
- Customers are responded to in a timely manner
- Orders are processed and invoiced in a timely manner
Necessary Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Multi-tasking
- Time management
- An ability and willingness to work in a team environment, to take on new tasks, methods and procedures.
Education & Required Experience: Associates degree or equivalent experience. Illustrator and Quick Books Online experience a plus.
Type of Employment: Full-Time, M – F, 8:30am – 5:00pm
