🌷 Position Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-loving Retail Sales Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate has previous retail experience, a cheerful personality, and a genuine passion for helping customers find the perfect gift or floral arrangement.

You’ll assist with in-store sales, floral prep, gift wrapping, balloon orders, and merchandising displays — all while providing top-notch customer service.

✨ Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, personalized service
• Assist with sales, gift selection, and flower or balloon orders
• Handle cash register, POS transactions, and packaging of purchases
• Prepare and care for fresh floral products (training provided)
• Restock and merchandise displays to keep the store looking beautiful
• Assist with classes, special events, and community promotions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

💐 Requirements:

• Prior retail, boutique, or floral shop experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Outgoing, upbeat, and dependable personality
• Comfort working around fresh flowers and greenery
• Ability to work some Saturdays and busy holiday seasons
• A creative eye and willingness to learn new skills
