Kinley will spearhead the daily operation of membership programs and events by developing and delivering quality, professional programs of work that support the Chamber’s strategic initiatives and mission.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Kinley served as Marketing Coordinator for TechSolve, where she planned and executed internal and external events, managed communications initiatives, and supported organizational marketing efforts. She also worked for the Nashville Business Incubation Center, where she coordinated major events, fundraising activities, and communications campaigns supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses. Throughout her career, Kinley has developed experience in event management, public relations, fundraising, and community engagement.

Kinley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lipscomb University, majoring in Public Relations and Hospitality & Entertainment Management, with minors in General Business and Event Management.
