Tyler grew up in Clermont County and is a graduate of Turpin High School. His passion for health and wellness began with his first job at Newtown Farm Market, where he developed an early appreciation for nutrition and healthy living. He went on to gain experience in various desk roles before stepping into the wellness field as a Fitness Instructor at the YMCA. During this time, Tyler attended the Institute of Restorative Exercise, further deepening his understanding of functional movement and the body.

Committed to expanding his expertise, Tyler graduated from the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage and has been practicing massage therapy in the Eastgate area for nine years. He is currently continuing his education at the C.H.E.K. Institute, studying Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, which complements his client-centered, whole-body approach to care.
