On Our Way Home, Inc. Earns Ohio Recovery Friendly Workplace Designation, Leading the Way in Supporting Employees in Recovery and Promoting a Healthier Workforce 

[New Richmond, OH] – On Our Way Home, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been officially designated as an Ohio Recovery Friendly Workplace. This recognition reflects On Our Way Home's commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive work environment for employees who may be affected by substance use disorders and mental health challenges. 

The Ohio Recovery Friendly Workplace Initiative, part of Governor Mike DeWine’s RecoveryOhio initiative, encourages businesses to adopt policies and practices that support employees in recovery, reduce stigma, and promote overall well-being. Organizations that receive the designation are equipped with tools, resources, and training to create a workplace culture that prioritizes health and safety while helping employees in recovery succeed.
