Enhance your workplace safety and compliance with the Clermont County Safety Council, a key monthly event hosted by the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation.
Held on the second Wednesday of each month at 8:30 am, this series offers a valuable platform for learning, networking, and discussing critical safety topics relevant to today’s work environments.
October Meeting
Workplace safety doesn’t begin on the jobsite—it begins in the hiring process. The individuals you bring into your organization directly shape how safety rules are followed, how risks are communicated, and how teams look out for one another. True safety isn't just about training; it's about talent selection.
In this session, Nichole Sims explores how smarter, intentional hiring practices can strengthen your safety culture, dramatically reduce risk, and support long-term organizational success. Learn how to identify safety-minded candidates early and align your recruitment strategy with your zero-incident goals.
